Chicken Florentine Frittata

Ingredients
Spinach, fresh, 175 grams chopped Cooked Chicken, light meat, 12 oz, shredded Eggbeaters, 2 cups Garlic, 3 cloves minced 1/2 tbsp curry powder Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Mix all ingredients exept oil. Heat oil in 10 inch skillet. Pour mixture into pan. Cover and cook until set. Cut into 8 wedges, flip wedges and cook until browned.
