Ingredients
1 can chicken broth1 pkg boneless breast chicken1 box brown long grain rice1 cup soy sauce1 pkg frozen mixed vegetables1 pkg portabella mushrooms
Directions
makes 4 1 cup servings
parboil chicken while boiling rice
slice mushrooms
slice chicken into small strips
throw soy sauce and chicken onto a medium heat
add mushrooms
fry until brown,then add rice to flavor
serve chicken,rice and mushrooms with vegetables as side
