Ingredients
2 C Wheat Flour2 T Butter4 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Salt3/4 C Milk
Directions
Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together. Cut in shortening by rubbing with fingers. Add milk gradually while stirring to make a soft dough. Transfer to a well-floured surface and roll out to 1 inch thickness. Handle lightly and quickly. Cut with biscuit cutter. Place close together on a greased pan and bake at 375 for 10 to 15 minutes. Makes 12 biscuits.
