Ingredients
* *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) * Monterey Cheese, 2 cup, shredded (remove) * La Tortilla Factory, Whole Wheat Low Carb Tortilla, 6 serving (remove)
Directions
brown 1 lb. ground turkey with 1 cup chopped onions you can season with chicken seasoning or garlic whatever you prefer. preheat tortillas according to package instructions. Place 1 tortilla in pan place cheese and then meat mixture with another layer of cheese then put a second tortilla on top let heat throughout until cheese is melted or you can make them like tacos and just put meat and cheese then fold tortilla over. makes 6-8 servings
