Spaghetti and Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
6 portions lean ground turkey (about 1 1/2 lbs)2 egg whites1/2 cup dry breadcumbs1/4 cup water1/2 onion, finely chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp ground black pepper3 cups low-fat marinara pasta sauce6 portions spaghetti (about 12 oz uncooked)
Directions
Makes 6 Servings

1. Preheat oven broiler
2. In large mixing bowl, combine turkey, egg whites, breadcrumbs, water, onion, garlic and black pepper. Mix ingredients thoroughly and then shape into 1 1/2 inch diameter meatballs.
3. Arragne meatballs on baking sheet and place under broiler for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until they are browned on all sides.
4. In large saucepan, combine pasta sauce and cooked meatballs. Simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.
5. White sause simmering, prepare spaghettis according to package directions.
