Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 8 oz Pork Ground, 8 oz Cabbage, Steamed,1/2 head, large (about 7" dia) Fresh Chives, 12 tbsp chopped Ginger Root, 4 tsp Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce, 2 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tspwraps, round Nasoya, pkg of 60
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Add 1 tsp of mix to each wrap. and use a little water on your finger to seal the wrap. Wrap it like a taco and pinch cresent closed by folding over the pinches.

Use a little sesame oil in a large fry pan over med heat. Add Goyza and brown the bottom. When brown then add water and stem until meat is done. About 10 Minutes. Start temp to brown then lower the temp when you add the water.

Serve with Goysa sauce and sesame oil.

Makes 60 Goysa, serving is 10 Goysa.
