Quickest Black Bean Salad

Ingredients
2 15-oz cans of black beans, drained and well rinsed1 large tomato1 16-oz package frozen corn1/2 a vidalia onion1 6-oz can sliced water chestnuts, drained and rinsed1/2 lime and zest3T balsamic vinegar
Directions
Make sure beans are well rinsed or this salad will appear gray.

Put beans, tomato, corn, onion and water chestnuts in a bowl and mix. Add lime and balsamic vinegar and mix again.

Makes 6 1.5 cup servings, approximately.
