1 large onion - cubed1 chicken breast - cubed2 lbs mushroom - sliced4 cups fresh spinach 2 cloves of garlic1 tbs Olive oil1 Cup parshley - chopped1 cup Half & Half16 oz. Spaghetti - Additional Seasoning may be added: Chicken buillion, extra salt, or herbs -
Put oil in a nonstick large pan. Sautee chicken on oil, when chicken is fully cooked, add onion and garlic. Sautee on high heat until golden, add salt and pepper to taste at this point. Add mushrooms and spinach into pan, cover and lower heat. Cook for 10 minutes, add half & half. Let it simmer on low heat.
Boil water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain pasta well. Add pasta to pan after half & half has been simmering for 10 minutes.
Cook pasta in sauce for 5 minutes. Ready to serve.
