Shrimp Creole

1 cup finely chopped onion1/2 cup chopped celery1 medium green pepper, chopped14 oz. canned tomatoes, with juice, cut up2 Tbsp ketchup10 oz. canned sliced mushrooms, drained1 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp cayenne pepper1 tsp lemon juice1 tsp parsley flakes1 lb. cooked fresh (or cooked frozen, thawed) shelled shrimp
Put onion, celery and green pepper into 3.5 quart (3.5 L) slow cooker.
Combine next 9 ingredients in bowl. Stir. Pour over top. Cover. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours or on High for 3 to 4 hours.
Add shrimp. Stir. Cook on High for 20 to 30 minutes, until shrimp is heated through. Stir before serving.
