Ingredients
garlic, green peppers, tomatoes, beef stock, brown rice, onion, bullion, ground turkey, celery, olive oil
Directions
serving size I would say about 1.5 cup. The recipe calls for low sodium broth but I calculated with the regular broth. Recipe calls for softening veggies while browning meat, I added the olive oil, recipe does not call for it. Add the rest off your ingredients and simmer as long as you'd like, I simmer usually 25 minutes. Enjoy
