Complete chicken Stir fry for one

Ingredients
4 oz boneless skinless chicken, diced1/4 C onion1 cup green red bell pepper strips1/4 C bean sprouts3 oz Mushrooms 1/2 C snow peas1 C broccoli2 tbsp soy ginger marinade or other Asian marinade1tbsp low sodium soy sauce1/2 C brown rice
Directions
Cut chicken into cubes or strips, marinade in the marinade sauce for 1hr. Blanch all vegetables in boiling water and set asaide. Add marinated chicken to hot saute pan for a couple of minutes. Add veggies and soy sauce, marinade 2 more minutes until done.

Serve with on top of brown rice.
