Parmesan Chicken Roll Ups

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 cup Progresso Italian Bread crumbs4 Sargento Light Mozzarella Cheese SticksPam cooking sprayWhole wheat thin spaghetti1 cup Prego Traditional spaghetti sauce
Makes 4 chicken breasts with side of spaghetti.
Put chicken breasts between plastic wrap and beat until thin.
Spray both sides with Pam cooking spray.
Coat both sides with Italian bread crumbs.
Place a string cheese in chicken and roll it up.
coat the chicken one more time, rolled up, with bread crumbs.
Do this 4 times for each breast.
Place in pan and spray Pam lightly over top
Cook on 375 for 35-40 minutes or until chicken is done.
Spaghetti Side:
Prepare noodles according to directions on box. Heat sauce.
Putting it all together.
Place spaghetti on plate, place chicken breast on noodles, then drizzle sauce over it all.
Enjoy!
