2 cans black beans (19 oz.)1 can lupini beans (19 oz.)1.5 KG of medium ground beef1 can diced tomatoes (796ml)2 jars Passata (strained tomatoes) (680ML)1 cup chopped mushrooms1 medium onion, chopped7 cloves of garlic, chopped2 tsps. chili powder1 tsp. oinion powder1 tsp. smoked paprika
Cook the ground beef along with the onions and garlic. Drain off the grease, then put the meat into a large pot along with the beans, tomatoes, mushrooms and spices.
Let it simmer for about an hour.
Enjoy with a little cheese or scoop up with tortilla chips!!
