Low Carb Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 c Shredded Chicken2 T apple cider vinegar1 tsp celery seeds1/4 c green onion chopped1/2 c celery chopped1/2 c almonds chopped2 T splenda6 T mayo
Directions
Cook chicken breast at 325degrees for 45 min in some chicken broth. Shred cooled chicken, add celery, celery seed, and green onion. Combine Splenda & vinegar, then mix in the mayo. Add mayo mixture to chicken mixture. Add almonds. Mix well. makes 6 1/2 c servings
