Lebanese Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1/2 cup lemon juice1/2 cup olive oil1/4 cup water1 clove garlic, minced1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp kosher salt
Directions
Place all ingredients into a jar with a tight fighting lid. Mix completely. Allow to sit for a few minutes for the flavors to blend.
