1 lb lean ground beef, 2 cans of kidney beans, 2 cans of diced tomatoes, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp vinegar

brown ground beef, drain and add beans, tomatoes, vinegar and chili powder. simmer for 20 minutes
