Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast4 sweet Italian sausages1 green bell pepper1 onion1 box Zatarain's Dirty Rice Mix
Directions
Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Remove the sausage filling from the link and discard the casings. Finely chop the onion and pepper.

In a large pot over medium-high heat, place the chicken, sausage filling, onion, and pepper. Mix as it cooks through, breaking apart the sausage filling.

Follow the directions on the Zatarain's box.

Makes six equal servings.
