Di's Sausage Skillet

Ingredients
I package turkey sausage links8 oz chicken breast diced1 can diced tomatoes (with juice)I can corn (drained)1 can low sodium chicken broth1 1/2 cup instant rice2 cloves garlicsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Boil sausage links in water in large fry pan until partially cooked. Drain away water.
Spray pan with non stick stray.
Slice sausage - fry for a couple minutes with diced chicken.
Add rest of ingredients - stir.
Cover with lid - cook 5 minutes.
Yield - approx. 8 cups.
Serving size = 1 cup of mixture.
