Spicy Mexican Fajita Salad

Ingredients
Cooked Near East Rice Pilaf"Fresh Express" SpinachDole American Salad MixChicken Breast, no skinGreen Bell PepperYellow OnionCrushed red pepperGarlic powderPaprikaOlive OilSaltWorchestershire Sauce
Directions
Cook Pilaf in saucepan according to directions

Cut Onions and Bell pepper into strips.

Add oil to wok or frying pan and heat up paprika, crushed red pepper and worchestershire sauce. Add chicken and cook until mostly done. When chicken is mostly done, add onions and then peppers. Season to taste. (If you want a light sauciness add a bit of water and then let it boil down to create a sauce.)

On large plate add salad mix and spinach leaves. Layer the rice pilaf and then add your chicken fajita mix on top.
