Ground Beef Stew Skillet

Ingredients
1 lb 93/7 Ground Beef1 c baby carrots, cut to bite size2 med russet potatoes, cubed w/ skin1/3 c heavy whipping cream2 c beef or chicken low sodium broth2 Tbsp flourCelery Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Brown ground beef over med-high heat.
Add flour, mix well.
Add all other ingredients, bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until desired thickness.

Serves 4
Freezes well.
