8 oz homestyle noodles (dry)8 oz turkey breast meat4 C water32 oz chicken broth, fat free and reduced sodium2 C grated carrots1/2 C peas1 small onion, diced finely and sweated1/4 C corn starch dissolved in 1/4 C water
Boil noodles in 4 cups water until tender. Add turkey, grated carrots, and broth. Bring back to a boil. Add corn starch-water mixture. Stir until thickened. Add onions and peas. Simmer 10 minutes more.
