Multi Grain Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour.5 cup Oats2 tbs flax seed meal1/8 cup wheat germ1 tsp Baking Soda.25 cup sunflower seeds2 tsp splenda1 tsp Vanilla Extract.5 cups blueberries1.5 cups skim milk1 fresh egg2 tbls Chocolate Chips
Directions
Mix dry and wet ingredients in two seperate bowls. Combine in the larger of the two, mix well. Allow the mixture to sit for 10 minutes.
Spray fry pan with cooking spray. Turn to medium heat.
makes 8 medium sized pancakes. Cook till the edges start to bubble and flip over.
