Ingredients
1T cornstarch1/3 c. sugar2c. non-fat milk2 egg yolks1T butter1t. vanilla extract
Directions
Makes 4 1/2-cup servings

blend cornstarch with sugar.
beat egg yolks and add to milk.
slowly, stirring constantly, add milk mixture to sugar mixture.
microwave 70% for 5 min, stir.
continue microwaving at 70% for 3-5 min, stirring every 2-3 min. until thickened.
stir in butter and vanilla.
chill before serving.
