* Garlic, 4 clove * Ginger Root, 1 tsp * Serrano Peppers, 2 cup, chopped * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Spinach, frozen, .5 package (10 oz) yields * *moong dal, .5 cup * Turmeric, ground, 1 pinch * *Split Black Gram (Urad Dal), 10 grams * Salt, 1 dash
Take a pan heat oil add urad dal, saute it then add garlic cloves, green chillies saute it now add sliced onions cook till onions are transparent, now add moong dal cook for few mins then add ginger garlic paste mix well then add turmeric saute it, add choppedSpinach and salt as per taste saute it and cook the Spinach with out closing it with a lid.
Spinach will ouzee out water. Cook till all water is evaporated.
