Stuffed Red Pepper

Ingredients
5 Red Bell Peppers, tops cut off, seeds and ribs removed1 cup (uncooked) Brown Minute Rice1 can diced tomatoes, undrained1 can black beans, drained and rinsed2 Tbsp taco sauce3/4 Tbsp chili powder1/2 tsp cumin1/2 tsp ground oregano
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook rice according to package instructions.
To rice, add remaining ingredients and mix.
Scoop rice mixture into hallow red peppers
Bake peppers for 30 minutes.
