Never Fail Fudge

Ingredients
5 Cups sugar2 small (5 oz) cans Evaporated Milk0.25 lb (1 stick) butter or margarine1 jar (16 oz) Marshmellow Fluff1 TSP Salt1.5 TSP Vanilla Extract2 Large (12 oz) packages semi-sweet chocolate pieces1 cup walnuts (optional) I did not calculate these into the recipe
Directions
Combine sugar,evaporated milk, margarine, marshmellow fluff and salt in a large saucepan
Stir over low heat until blended

Bring to a boil over moderate heat, being careful not to mistake escaping air bubbles for boiling

Boil slowly, stirring constantly for 5 minutes (this will make your arm tired)

Remove from heat

Stir in chocolate and vanilla (and nuts if used) until chocolate is melted

Pour into a buttered (or Pam sprayed) 9X13 pan and cool

Makes 117 - 1x1 inch pieces
