Weight Watchers Garden Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1/2 cup sliced carrots1/4 cup diced onions2 minced garlic cloves3 cups fat-free chicken broth1 cup diced green cabbage1 cup chopped spinach1 Tbs. tomato paste1/2 tsp. dried basil1/4 tsp. dried oregano1/4 tsp. salt1 cup diced zucchini
Directions
Spray a large saucepan with nonstick cooking spray; heat. Saute carrot, onion and garlic over low heat until softened, about 5 minutes. Add broth, cabbage, spinach, tomato paste, basil, oregano and salt; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, about 15 minutes. Stir in the zucchini, and cook 3-4 minutes more.
