Shrimp and Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients
Shrimp, raw, 16 oz Broccoli cup, choppedCauliflower, raw, 2 cup Ginger Root, 1 tsp Coconut Oil, 2 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 2 tbspGarlic, 3 clove Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp
Directions
Peel and rinse shrimp. Mince garlic and ginger. Chop broccoli and cauliflower. Heat coconut oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, garlic and ginger. Add sesame seeds. Add broccoli and cauliflower. Saute till shrimp are thoroughly cooked and vegetables are firm but done. Season with soy sauce and red pepper.

Makes four 1 1/3 cup servings.
