Yummy! I used red bell pepper in place of celery...still gives the crunch and color! - 8/24/09

This is really good and different. I had never had cold salmon or any type of salmon salad. Very light but filling! - 1/9/13

I used the sockeye salmon, and added some cherry tomatoes, cabbage, and topped it off with some raw sunflower seeds (for Vitamin K). It's so versatile--you could really add any raw veggies you have on hand. A nice easy lunch that is very healthy and satisfying. - 2/12/08

I added fresh cilantro and tarragon, and a little more celery in place of the onion since my boyfriend isn't a fan. Also added a touch of mustard and fresh garlic instead of powder. Tasted great w/ pita! - 2/2/08
