Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

Directions
Cut the potatoes into smaller size pieces. Rachel Ray does it with those baby potatoes and cuts them in half. How much you have to cut them depends on the size of your potatoes. I cut mine into french fries this evening.

Place in a bowl and pour a little olive oil over. Not much, you just want it to end up covering your potatoes when you stir it. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on it. Stir it to combine and cover the potatoes with a little olive oil.

pour out onto a cookie sheet. I use my baking stone because it doesn't stick. You may want to line with aluminum foil and spray it if you don't. I have had problems with sticking to the pan.

bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for about 30 minutes. The bigger the potatoes are cut, the longer it will take.
