Slow Cooker stuffed cabbage

Ingredients
1 large head cabbage1lb extra lean ground beef1 C cooked brown rice1 egg1/2 C milk1 tsp worcestershire sauce1 tsp salt1 dash pepper3 Tbl dried minced onion1 26oz (family size) Campbells Tomato Soup2 Tbl brown sugar2 Tbl lemon juice
Directions
Core cabbage and remove inner leaves, leaving 1/2 to 3/4 inch wall.
Mix ground beef, cooked rice, worcestershire, egg, milk, salt pepper and onion. Stuff cabbage shell and place in slow cooker. Poke holes in beef mixture.
Mix soup, brown sugar and lemon juice, pour over meat and cabbage. Cook on low 6-7 hrs.
