Ingredients
3/4 cup Lemon Juice3/4 cup Olive Oil2 T Balsmic Vinegar2 Cloves Garlic, minced3/4 tsp Salt1/2 tsp sugar2 tsp Lemon Peel1 tsp Dijon Mustard1/2 tsp Pepper
Directions
Whisk ingredients together. Serve at room temperature or after refrigeration over lettuc salad.

Fruit and nuts maybe added to your salad if you choose.
