Dee's Ravioli Lasagna

Ingredients
15 oz. part-skim ricotta1 egg1 tsp. oregano1/2 tsp. garlic1 tsp. basil1/4 tsp. blk. pepper24 oz. red pasta sauce (like Healthy Coice)1 pkg. frozen cheese ravioli (24 oz.)1 cup reduced-fat mozzarella
Directions
Coat baking pan with cooking spray. Mix ricotta, egg and spices, set aside. Spread a thin layer of pasta sauce on the bottom of the pan. Place half of the ravioli over sauce. Spread ricotta mix over ravioli. Top with 1 c. more sauce. Top with rest of ravioli. Top with remaining sauce. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake uncovered for another 15 minutes. Let sit 10 minutes before serving. Even better the next day! Enjoy!
