Ingredients
2 cloves garlic, minced2 T olive oil1 8oz can tomato sauce1 c water1 16 oz can white beans1/2 pd elbow macaronifresh parsley, choppedgrated cheese
Directions
fry garlic gently in oil til golden brown. add tomato sauce and water and let cook 10 mins. add beans. stir gently continue to cook on simmer. cook the macaroni, drain and add to the beans. if it gets too thick, add more water. Serve immediately. Top with cheese. If reheating, add more water.
