Triplet Cookies

Ingredients
2 cups mashed bananas1/4 cup raisins3/4 tsp salt1 tsp vanilla3 cups rolled oats1 Tbsp ground flax seed1/4 cup unsweetened coconut
Directions
Mix bananas, raisins, salt and vanilla together thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients and mix together. Place teaspoon sized balls on parchment papered cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven 350 for 30 minutes or until done. Makes 2.5 dozen.
