Avacado Dip - 2 tbls per serving

3 Avacados Mashed16 oz container of Daisy Sour Cream8 oz Sharp Cheddar cheese shredded1 pkg of taco seasoning2 tbsp Pace Picante Medium3 green onions chopped
Remove the skin and seed from 3 avacados and mash them. Add 2 tablespoons of Pace Picante sauce to mashed avacado and stir. Spread avacado mixture on the bottom of a flat casserole dish.
Mix 1 package of Lawry's taco seasoning to a 16 oz container of sour cream. Cut green onions and stir into sour cream mixture. Spread sour cream mixture on top of avacado in dish.
Shredded 8 oz brick of Sharp cheddar cheese and spread it on top of sour cream mixture.
Garnish with black olives if desired. Best if made the night before so the flavors sit. Keep refrigerated.
Makes 32 servings of 2 tablespoons per serving.
