Oats, 6 cup (remove)**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp (remove)Wheat germ, crude, .5 cup (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)Almonds, 3 cup, sliced (remove)Coconut, raw, 1 cup, shredded (remove)Applesauce, unsweetened, 2 cup (remove)Pumpkin, canned, without salt, .5 cup (remove)Maple Syrup, .33 cup (remove)Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 2 cup (remove)*Sun Maid, California Chopped Dates, 1 cup (remove)
preheat oven 300
mix first 8 ingredients
in a small bowl mix applesauce, pumpkin, and maple syrup
(pumpkin can be substituted for more applesauce/ maple syrup can be subsituted for honey)
mix dry and wet ingredients
lay out on 2 cookies sheets and bake an hour mixing every 15 min
take out oven and mix in dried fruit
makes about 20cups
