Mockzarella Cheese

Ingredients
1 1/2 C raw cahsews1 tsp. salt1 1/2 tsp onion powder1/4 tsp garlic powder2 C boiling water1/3 C gelatin1/3 C nutritional yeast flakes2 Tbs lemon juice
Directions
Combine cashews, salt, oinon powder, garlic powder, and 1 1/2 C boiling water into blender. Blend until very smooth. Then add 1/2 C water and gelatin, blend again. Finally add yeast and lemon juice blend once more, then pour into a container and refrigerate until firm. (You may also freeze this mixture and grade it like regular cheese.)
Makes aproximately 20 2 Table spoon servings.
