Easy Tzatziki

Ingredients
1 - 750 g carton of plain yogurt (all natural w/ NO GELATIN works best)1 large English cucumber or 2-3 small field cucumbers, seeded, peeled and grated2 large cloves of garlic1 tbsp white vinegar2 tbsp extra virgin olive oilsalt, pepper, dill to taste
Directions
Using a clean dishtowel, wring out the cucumber to remove any excess moisture. Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate 6-8 hours to allow flavours to blend.
