brown butter banana muffins

Ingredients
4 bananas1/3 cup honey (or agave syrup)1 cup earth balance butter spread1 large egg1 3/4 cup self rising flour
Directions
1. preheat oven to 375.
2. heat butter in sauce pan till nice and toasty (if using real butter cook until milk solids turn brown)
3. In bowl smash bananas with honey then add butter and egg.
4. fold in flour slowly
5. fill muffin tins and cook about 25. min.
