Ingredients
2 boneless chicken breasts (approx 9 oz total)College Inn, Light & Fat Free, 50% less Sodium, Chicken Broth1 cup pasta 4 long stalks celery, chopped12-15 baby carrots, chopped1/2 cup red kidney beansSalt, Pepper, Onion Powder (to taste)
Directions
1. Cut the chicken into 1inx1in cubes. Boil in chicken broth (5-10 mins).
2. Add vegetables, beans, and pasta.
3. Add spices to taste.
4. Boil 15 minutes, or until pasta is cooked.

    Good recipe but I didn't use enough broth. How much did you use? Not complaining since now it's more of a chicken with pasta and veggies. I'm fully enjoying it and will make again! - 1/5/12
