Buffalo Chili

Ingredients
2 lbs ground buffalo2 cans reduced sodium kidney beans, rinsed2 cans diced tomatoes with green chilies1 packet chili seasoningadditional chili powder, cayenne, and garlic, as desiredwater, if thinner chili is desired
Directions
Brown ground buffalo, drain, place in stock pot.
Open tomatoes and add to stock pot.
Open beans, drain, rinse, and add to stock pot.
Add seasoning to pot, mix well.

Bring to boil, stirring occasionally, then place lid on pot and simmer at least 10 minutes, more if possible. Stir occasionally. Makes approximately 10 1-cup servings.
