Cera's Vanilla-Cardamom, Butter-chocolate cupcakes

Ingredients
*3 tsp Baking Powder*1 dash salt*1.5 tsp cardamom* .5 cup Brown sugar*1 Cup Sugar*2 Cup Flour*1Cup Nestle Butterscotch Morsels*1 Cup Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips*3 Large Eggs*1.5 Tbsp Vanilla* .5 Cup Vegetable Oil*1 Cup Lactaid 2% milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Ready two 6 cup, cupcake trays with liners or grease.

In a large bowl add in all the dry ingredients. Stir carefully so there are no lumps.

Add in the wet ingredients starting with the eggs one at a time. Stir thoroughly after each addition. After all ingredients are added, stir two minutes to make sure all the lumps are gone.

Measure out a half liner full of batter into each cup, and place in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Remove from oven and let cool for ten minutes. Yields 18 to 24 cupcakes
