Tahena's Vegan Low Fat "Cheese" Sauce

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Flour, white, 2 tbsp cup Nutritional Yeast, 1 cupSoy Milk, 1 cup Water, tap, 3 cup or more
Directions
Add flour and oil to a pan and stir on medium heat until mixture is bubbly ( you can sub vegan margerine instead).

While hot, add soy milk and water and whisk rapidly while doing so, until there are no lumps.

Add nutritional yeast flakes, whisking in rapidly... again no lumps.

Add more water until reaches desired consistency.

Spice it up with curry, tumeric, mustard, soy sauce, black pepper, whatever your heart or rather tastes buds desire.

Much better than the 1/2 or more cups of oil most sauces like this call for!!!
