1 lb pork loin cubed8 medium carrots, chopeed 2 medium celery stick. chopped1 med. onion quarter4 small potatoes cubed1 can diced tomatoes 28 oz
Directions
boil meat carrots and celery and onion in dutch oven then 1/2 hour before put in potatoes and can tomatoes.
