Ingredients
2 cups Whole Wheat Spiral Pasta (12 oz uncooked) 1/2 Cup each green, red and yellow sweet peppers roasted 1/4 Cup chopped green onion 1/2 Cup chopped black olives 1 can organic green beans 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed 1 can (10 oz) Ro-tel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies 1 Cup Wishbone Italian salad dressing
Directions
Follow directions on package to cook spiral pasta. Chop peppers, olives and onion. Mix all ingredients with cooled pasta. Enjoy right away or refrigerate for later. Great for a take and go lunch.
