Spanish Chicken Skillet

2 tsp paprika1 tsp minced garlic1 tsp dried thyme1/4 tsp black pepper1/4 cup flour1 tsp salt3 boneless skinless chicken breasts2 tbsp EVOO1 large green pepper cut into thin strips1 onion cut into wedges1 can (14.5oz) diced tomatoes, undrained1/2 cup chicken broth
Mix flour salt and all the spices in a small bowl. Sprinkle chicken with 2 tbsp of seasoned flour.
Cook chicken in hot oil in large skillet on med-high heat 3 minutes per side or until browned. Remove from skillet and add pepper and onion. Cook and stir 5 minutes until tender.
Stir in tomatoes, broth and remaining seasoned flour. Bring to boil stirring frequently. Return chicken to skill, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
