Crockpot Eye of Round Roast

Ingredients
10 oz.98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup10 oz. low sodium beef broth1 envelope onion soup mix1 tbsp. worchesteshire sauce3 lb. eye of round roast1/4 c. flour 2 tbsp. canola or safflower oil1 tsp. garlic powder1 small onion, chopped
Directions
Dredge roast in flour and brown in oil. Place in crock pot. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over meat. Cook 3-4 hrs. on high or 6-8 hrs. on low. Good over brown rice or whole-grain noodles (not included in nutritional info). 8 servings.
