Simple Chocolate-Chip Cheesecake

8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese1 can of low-fat Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk1 tsp vanilla1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips1 tsp self-rising flour1 large egg1 shortbread shell
Let cream cheese soften and then combine with condensed milk.
Add egg.
Add vanilla.
Mix.
Stir 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips, mixed with the flour (this helps keep them from all sinking to the bottom) into the mixture.
Pour the mixture into the pie shell. Bake for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Remove from oven.
Melt the other 1/2 cup of chocolate chips with a splash of milk and spread over the top of the cheesecake.
Let chill. Enjoy!
