Strawberry Cream

Ingredients
1 1/2 C cold water1/4 C raw cashews1/2 C brown rice (cooked)1 C strawberries1/4 C honey1 t lemon juice
Directions
Blend cashews and 1 cup of water until very smooth. Add rice and remaining water, blend well. Add remaining ingredents and blend until very smooth. Serve immediately.
Makes 5 1/2 C servings.
